1. Roller (roll)

2. Foaming (spray)

Foaming technology has been widely used in automobile parts assembly, has replaced the traditional rubber gasket. Mainly can play a buffer or shock absorption effect and reduce the amount of sizing. A special foamable hot melt glue machine is used to mechanically mix nitrogen foam into the pressure sensitive glue that has been melted, and then coated to the workpiece through the nozzle.

3. Screw (spray)

This method is also one of the more common gluing processes. With the help of external air pressure, the hot melt pressure-sensitive glue is sprayed from the nozzle with a micro-nozzle hole into the spray sheet with regular spiral glue, which can greatly reduce the amount of glue used. This process is more commonly used in diapers, sanitary napkins and other structural adhesive gluing.

4, flat die head scraping (scraping)

Hot melt adhesive pressure sensitive adhesive and label is the most common scraping process. After melting, pressure sensitive adhesive will be evenly distributed to the guide channel in the mold through the heated pipe. After setting the required thickness and width of the film in advance, it will be extruded from the lip of the mold.

5, spot (spray)

Point gluing is very fast, simple and relatively economical, more used for folding paper box or board bonding, suitable for two objects to be glued to the part of the position.

6, strip (spray)

This gluing way is actually similar to dispensing, generally between two objects need to use strip bonding will be used strip gluing, mostly used for cosmetic boxes, wine bottle boxes and other edge bonding.

7. Curtain spraying glue (spraying and scraping)

When it is necessary to apply glue liquid object due to heat resistance is not enough or workpiece surface is not smooth but need to be covered with glue area. Curtain spray glue (hanging non - contact) can be used.

8. Fibrous spray (spray)

This process and spiral spray glue is very similar, only the spray of irregular rubber silk, the amount of glue spray is lower than the spiral way, the common application industry is disposable health products, such as disposable mattresses, surgical clothes, hats, shoe covers and so on.
