Will there be bubbles in the hot melt adhesive to affect the adhesive effect? The answer is, yes. So where do the bubbles come from?
The first possibility is that the glue contains moisture, and the moisture may be in the glue after high-temperature gasification, and because the glue is relatively viscous, it is difficult for the water vapor to float to the surface and release.
The second possibility is: before using the hot melt adhesive, before adding other chemical composition materials, the front reacts with the currently used hot melt adhesive to release a certain gas, thereby generating bubbles.
The third possibility: the amount of glue in the glue pot is too small, and air enters the pipe mouth together with the glue liquid, and the glue is mixed with air and discharged together.
